Haynes Crossing is the benefactor of the rapidly growing  Port Royal area with stores such as Kroger’s Grocery, Walgreens, Dollar General and Healthy Petz Veterinary already open for business. Haynes Crossing is within minutes of "The Crossings at Spring Hill” which includes Super Target, Kohl’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond and other major retail outlets. Restaurants like Cracker Barrel, Logan’s Road House, O’Charleys and Olive Garden are open for your dining pleasure. We are also one exit from the future home of the Spring Hill Hospital, which the Board has strongly supported.

The Haynes Crossing HOA Board is dedicated to making our neighborhood beautiful, clean and safe.  We are very active at City Hall, particularly with regard to future planning and development issues.  Our goal is to always protect our neighborhood from development which might prove detrimental to the value of our property, as well as supportive of development that will increase its values.

The HOA Boards believes the beauty of our front entrance and common areas, along with communication and enforcement of our neighborhood rules, are vital to a successful community.  Our telephone lines and e-mail are always open to the homeowner.  Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if there is an issue you would like to discuss.  If the HOA Board cannot resolve your problem through our Codes, Covenants and Rules or through our By-Laws, we will search to find someone in the city, county or state government that can help you.
