All A&O forms must be filled out completely along with a drawing of the area where the Architectural change or Outbuilding will be place.  You must show a copy of the Building Permit before submitting the A&O to the HOA Board.  You can obtain your Building Permit from Building and Codes at City Hall.  Please allow 7-10 business days for approval.
